The Lock Cylinder

The lock cylinder is the main parts of the control to open the lock, and it is the heart of a lock. The main function of the lock cylinder is composed of a head transmission torque force, so as to drive the other parts of the lock, and to achieve the unlocking and locking. The lock head structure of a padlock, drawer lock, door lock and the bicycle lock core is different. However, they have different ways in transmission torque force, but the effect is the same.

The lock cylinder uses multiple anti-theft technology, various special-shaped anti pull marbles, to prevent technical opening. With the unique design of marbles and the blade structure, it has high level security for preventing technical opening. The lock liner is fitted with precision number marbles and special-shaped cylinder structure, and when somebody is trying a technical open, the number of marbles and special-shaped marbles must simultaneously pull out or it will be locked automatically. The lock cylinder adopts many kinds of special-shaped marbles multiple combination, which mostly can compiled billion kinds of key number, so as to realize the regional zero mutual opening (1/16000000).
